Term 5

Welcome Back Robins!

This term our theme is Spots, Stripes and Scales. We will be learning about different animals and the patterns that we see on them. We will look at where some of these animals are predominantly found in the world.

If you have any fiction(story) or non fiction(information) books to share with us , please send them in and we will read them in class.

Week 5 - This week as part of continuing to build relationships , we have been learning about working together as a group, whilst sharing ideas and listening to others as well.

Week 4 - Another very busy week of learning in Robins. Can you spot the longest wiggly worm in the world and also great perseverance with the peg boards? Robins learnt facts about Bengal tigers, can you find out where we find them in the world, what they eat and what they are good at? We have been sharing books about animals with different patterns as part of our Spots, stripes and scales theme.

Week 3 - The King's Coronation was our focus this week. We learnt about all that will happen on Saturday and prepared our class environment for it. We joined in the school parade and enjoyed a picnic on the playground. Afterwards we pllyed lots of games with our siblings and friends.

Week 2 - This week we had a special visitor who came to help us with planting in our garden.

We continue to develop friendships as we share ideas and extend play through turn taking and problem solving.
