Christmas meal!
We have been learning about Diwali, the Hindu festival of light. We have made our Diya lamps out of clay, painted them and then decorated with sequins.
We have also been learning about the Jewish celebration of Hanukkah. We have made our own class Menorah from junk modelling.

This week we have been reading the book Have you filled your bucket today by Carol McCloud and thinking about how we can show kindness to others. Some of our ideas included playing with our friends, listening carefully when we are sitting on the carpet in class and giving flowers to a friend!
