Term 1
Our topic this term is 'All at Sea'. We are building on the children's previous learning from Year 1 by revisiting the geography of the United Kingdom, deepening their knowledge of the world. We will be studying the continents, oceans and animals found on Earth. We will also be looking at sea exploration. We will study Columbus and also revise Captain Cook. Our Science topic focuses on what humans and animals need to survive.

In our aquarium we have a Siamese Fighting Fish, Cardinal Tetra, an African Dwarf Frog, two Midget Suckermouth Catfish and a Sea snail. The children named our Siamese Fighting Fish 'Scales' and our frog 'Cool Dude'.
