Summer term 5 Phonics 

 

This term we will be focusing on phase 3 letters and sounds. 

Phase 3 sounds: 

j, v, w, x

y, z, zz, qu

ch, sh, th, ng

ai, ee, igh, oa, oo, ar, or, ur, ow, oi, ear, air, ure, er

 

We will be covering two sounds weekly and these will be added to your child's set of sound cards every Friday. 

 

We will be revisiting and introducing new tricky words.
