• Muddy Teachers Complete the Challenge

  The eleven teachers who set out on Saturday to complete their Pretty Muddy 5K challenge in aid of Cancer Research UK all finished covered in mud, exhausted but elated!  It was a fantastic effort and has already raised well over £1000.  You can make a donation, to support them, in the office or on-line at https://fundraise.cancerresearchuk.org/team/muddy-teachers

  Eleven members of staff are taking part in the Oxford Pretty Muddy 5K race this weekend. They will be climbing obstacles, slipping down slides, bouncing in puddles and rolling in mud to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

  Welcome back everyone!  It has been a very exciting summer, watching the build progress, and biting our nails about whether everything would be ready for the children to come back to!  They all enjoyed looking at some of the photographs I have taken over the summer, particularly the ones of the portakabins being lifted over the main building by crane.

   

  It is lovely to welcome some new faces to the school: we have new teachers, teaching assistants and lots of new children.  We are making them very welcome, and we are all looking forward to working together to make this a very special year for Sutton Courtenay as we grow.
