Term 3
Happy New Year and welcome back to Term 3. This term we will be exploring the Topic , Totally Roarsome.
Robins Trip to the Natural History Museum.
We went on a dinosaur hunt today (we pretended there were real dinosaurs). We planned what we needed . . .
Week 4 - We were so excited this week when we received new toys including our puppets for the puppet theatre. In Maths we were representing 6, 7 and 8 and learning about which smaller numbers make those numbers.
Week 3 - This week we have been exploring with shadows. As a class we have been focusing on persevering(not giving up). Have a look at some of the things that we manage to do as we persevered.
Week 2 - This week we have started to look at our topic, Totally Roarsome. We shared facts that we already know about dinosaurs. We learnt new vocabulary e.g. prehistoric, extinct and explored with dinosaurs in different areas. We celebrated some friends who received their Bronze certificate for reading 35 times at home.
Week 1 - Welcome back to all the Robins who have had a great time learning all about Winter. Have a look at all that we have been up to.We have been exploring with freezing and melting as we learnt about changes in state. We have also been problem solving as we worked out how to get the ice out of the containers.
