Breakfast and After School Clubs

Sutton Courtenay C of E Primary School offers wrap-around childcare options for children in Reception Class onwards including:

• Breakfast Club
• After School Club

The cost of Breakfast and After School Club fees are:

Breakfast Club – daily charge including breakfast

7.45am onwards £4.00 per child (breakfast is served between 7.45 and 8.20 am)

After School Club – daily charge

3.10pm – 5.30pm £10.00

Bookings

Bookings for the term must be made in advance before the end of the current term. This should be done on Parentmail by selecting 'Accounts' followed by Breakfast Club or After School Club. Payment for the term is required at the time of booking.

It is important sessions are booked in advance so we know whether your child is expected to attend. This is for catering purposes, but more importantly for their own safety.

Payment

Payment by debit or credit card

Once you have selected the dates you require for the term click 'pay now' and the total of your fees will be displayed in the shopping trolley. From here, follow the checkout procedure to make your payment.

Payment by childcare voucher

Booking is made in the same way as above but once you have selected your dates click 'pay later'. This will show you have a debit balance in the 'Accounts' section. Once we have received your voucher payment, we will make an adjustment and your balance will show as nil. 

Contact details

Club leaders have contact details for parents/carers should your child have an accident or become unwell whilst in attendance. Please ensure your details are up to date in the school office.

Extra Sessions

Both clubs can offer extra sessions in an emergency, depending on capacity that day.  Fees for extra sessions must be paid on the day:-

Breakfast Club: £4.00

After School Club: £10.00
