Temporary Teaching Assistant – 121 EAL Support

Salary Type:       Grade 4 (£15,807 to £16,491) pro rata (approx. £4,447 to £4,640 per annum)

Hours of Work: 12.5 hours per week –

Monday to Friday 9am till 11am

Thursdays 1pm till 3.15pm

(please note that there is some flexibility around start and finish times)

Closing Date:     5^th January 2018 – 12 noon

Interview Date:  9^th January 2018

Start Date:          22^nd January 2018

End Date:            31^st August 2018

Sutton Courtenay Primary is looking for a temporary Teaching Assistant providing one-to-one support to children with English as an additional language for 10 hours per week in our Nursery class and also to support our Reception Class on a Thursday afternoon. 

We are looking for someone who is:

• Someone who can relate to children who speak other languages
• A good team player
• Familiar with working in a school
• Willing to work in partnership with our experienced teachers
